If you told me a few years ago that a small idea born from my own health journey (and late nights studying microbiome research!) would grow into a movement of this size, I wouldn’t have believed you. And yet, here we are, tens of thousands of women strong, learning together, healing together, and changing the narrative around vaginal health one conversation at a time.
